Abby Lilia Potgieter loves social media. With four years of experience in the field plus a slight obsession, she's knowledgeable in everything social: strategy, management, advertising, listening, and much more. She's the owner and lead strategist at her own social media company, Lilia Communications, but previously worked for a municipality and post-secondary institution (MacEwan).

On her spare time, she enjoys playing with her two French bulldogs, Winston & Elliot, cooking and baking, practicing yoga, and visiting coffee shops.
